1. Services Provided

Dover Port-A-John provides portable toilet rental and sanitation services for events, construction sites, and other temporary needs across Chatham-Kent and surrounding areas.

All rentals are subject to availability and are confirmed only after a signed agreement and/or payment has been received.

2. Rental Terms

• Rental Period: The rental period will be outlined in your service agreement or quote. Additional days may incur extra charges.
• Delivery & Pickup: Delivery and pickup will be arranged based on mutual agreement. Delays caused by inaccessible locations or site issues are not the responsibility of Dover Port-A-John.
• Site Requirements: Customers must ensure clear and safe access for delivery, servicing, and pickup of units. Units must not be moved without prior approval.
• Usage Guidelines: Units are to be used as intended. Any damage due to misuse, vandalism, or relocation by the client may result in additional fees.

3. Payment Terms

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit may be required to confirm a booking.
• Final payment terms will be outlined on your invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest or additional charges.
• Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, cheque, and credit card (when available).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for early pickups unless agreed upon in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dover Port-A-John is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the rental in question.

6. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dover Port-A-John and its employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the rental units or any breach of these Terms.

7. Website Use

You may not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality. All content on the site is owned by or licensed to Dover Port-A-John and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page with the effective date. Continued use of the site or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
